(*Note:The watch will not receive any text/call notification if you only connect it with your phone via Bluetooth but not "H Band" APP)
Check if the call/text/SNS notifications are able to display on your phone's notification bar or not. If not, please allow them to pop-up on the notification bar via phone settings: Setting->Notifications-> 'Phone'&'Messages'&'SNS app you need'->Tick the "Banners" and "Always Show Previews".
